The use of this site is provided by DEO FUTURE SMILE and is subject to the acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions:

DEO FUTURE SMILE is committed to ensuring transparent, fair handling of donation refunds, particularly as online and digital donations become more common. We encourage all donors to donate with care and diligence. However, we also understand that donations may sometimes be made by mistake or donors may change their minds.

Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. DEO FUTURE SMILE will try to honor all genuine refund requests. We may require additional information or documentation, and the donor must cooperate fully for the request to be processed.


To request a refund:

  • The donor must submit a written request via email or postal mail, clearly stating the reason for the refund.

  • The request must reach us within 15 days of the date the donation was made.

  • Once the refund is approved, it will be credited within 2–3 business days.

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • The donation was made online, via cheque/draft, or by credit/debit card.

  • The refund request includes the necessary donation details such as:

    • Date of donation

    • Donation amount

    • Mode of donation (Online/Cheque/Credit card)

    • Cheque/Draft number (if applicable)

    • Last 4 digits of Credit Card number (if applicable)

    • Donation-ID (for online payments)

Note:
All decisions made by DEO FUTURE SMILE regarding refunds will be final and binding. Refunds, if approved, will only be made through the original mode of payment.
